1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to Abby's Yarn (operated by Behrends Crafts LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Creative Rights

All storytelling scripts, vocal recordings, original compositions, character concepts, artwork, and trademarks are the proprietary intellectual property of Behrends Crafts LLC and Abby Morgan. Content provided through public or private feeds is for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. Unauthorized re-broadcasting, AI voice cloning, training generative models without explicit permission, or commercial syndication is strictly prohibited.

3. The Inner Circle Membership & Subscriptions

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly ($5) or annual ($50) basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no refund for partial periods.
